Positioned as an upgrade to the original Buds Air, it stands out as one of the most affordable true wireless headsets to include Active Noise Cancellation. Priced at Rs 3,299, it targets budget-conscious buyers who still want premium sound features.

Realme Buds Air 2 price and availability

Priced at Rs 3,299 in India, the Realme Buds Air 2 is pitched as the cheapest affordable true wireless headset to offer Active Noise Cancellation. At this price it goes up against rival earphones from Mi, Noise, Redmi and Boat in the competitive true wireless market.

The first sale takes place on March 2. Buyers can pick up the earphones from Realme's official website, Realme.com, as well as the e-commerce site Flipkart.

Design and key features

This upgraded version of the Realme Buds Air arrives with a refreshed design and a different fit. The new earphones use an in-canal fit and add the Active Noise Cancellation feature that makes the device stand out at its price point.

For audio, the earphones pack a 10mm dynamic driver along with a transparency mode. There is also a super low latency mode, with the company claiming a response delay of just 88ms that is useful for mobile gaming.

Battery and connectivity

The Realme Buds Air 2 connects with the company's Realme Link app. Its charging case uses a USB Type-C port that supports fast charging, and Realme claims a ten-minute charge delivers up to 120 minutes of playback.
