Huawei Mate X2 phone launched with 8-inch folding display and 50MP camera, know price
The Huawei Mate X2 foldable smartphone has been launched in China, which is a successor to the Huawei Mate X smartphone launched in February 2019. The Matte X2 comes with a completely different folding mechanism than its previous version. In this phone, the main screen turns inward like the Samsung Galaxy Fold model instead of turning outward. Huawei Matte X2 comes in four color options and has two RAM + storage configurations. This phone has a quad rear camera setup and a single selfie camera.
The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant of Huawei Mate X2 is priced at CNY 17,999 (about Rs 2.01 lakh) in China and its 8GB RAM + 512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 18,999 (about Rs 2,12 lakh). As we said, in this phone, four color options will be available for purchase, which are Bright Black, Ice Crystal Blue, Eye Crystal Power and White Glaze.

Dual-SIM (Nano) Huawei Matte X2 smartphone works on Android 10 based EMUI 11.0. This phone has a 6.5-inch OLED display, which has a resolution of 1,160×2,700 pixels with 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and 456 PPI pixel density. On unfolding, you get an 8-inch OLED display, which has a resolution of 2,200×2,480 pixels. With this, 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate and 413 PPI pixel density are available. This phone is equipped with an octa-core Kirin 9000 processor, with which the Mali-G78 GPU is available. Huawei Matte X2 smartphone has 8GB RAM and 512GB storage which can be increased to 256GB more via Huawei Nano memory card.
For photography, this phone has a 50-megapixel primary camera with f/1.9 lens and optical image stabilization (OIS) support, plus a 16-megapixel secondary camera with ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 lens, f/A 12-megapixel telephoto camera with 2.4 aperture and an 8-megapixel fourth camera with OIS support and f/4.4 aperture is present. While for video calling and selfie, it has a 16-megapixel camera with f/2.2 lens. However, a capsule-shaped hole-punch cutout has been given for the selfie camera, indicating a dual selfie camera.
Huawei Mate X2 has 4G LTE for connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C port for charging. Talking about sensors, it includes gravity sensor, infrared (IR) sensor, barometer, gyroscope, compass, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The battery of the phone is 4,500mAh, with which it has 55-watt fast charging support. The dimensions of the phone are 161.8×74.6×14.7mm after folding and 161.8×145.8×8.2mm after unfolding. The weight of this phone is 295 grams.
