Samsung has launched its budget smartphone, Galaxy A06 5G in India. The smartphone comes with an HD+ display, which can reach a peak brightness level of 800nits. The Samsung handset works on MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. This 8mm thick smartphone weighs 191 grams. It has a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. At the same time, an 8-megapixel front shooter is included for selfie and video calling.

Samsung Galaxy A06 5G has been introduced in two configurations. The base 4GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 9,999, while the 6GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 11,499. As part of the launch offer, the company is offering bank card cashback, in which a cashback of Rs 500 will be available on the purchase of any variant. This brings the effective price of these variants to Rs 9,499 and Rs 10,999. It has been introduced in Bahama Blue and Lit Violet colour options.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Samsung Galaxy A06 5G has a 6.7-inch HD+ display, which supports a peak brightness of 800 nits. The phone works on MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 SoC, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Samsung has promised that this model will be provided with OS upgrades for 4 years and security updates for 4 years. The phone also includes Samsung Knox Vault. According to Samsung, the phone has achieved a score of 416000 in AnTuTu.
Samsung Galaxy A06 5G has a dual rear camera setup, which is equipped with a 50-megapixel wide-angle main lens with f1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth-sensing camera. The phone has an 8-megapixel front shooter. The Galaxy F06 5G has a 5000mAh battery. It supports 25W fast charging. Its thickness is 8mm and it weighs 191 grams.
