Lava Blaze Duo 5G has been launched in India. The biggest feature of the smartphone is its dual display, with a small secondary screen located on the back panel next to the camera setup. It is quite similar to the Lava Agni 3, which was introduced in October this year. Lava’s latest smartphone gets a 64-megapixel main rear camera. The phone comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It works on MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The Lava Blaze Duo 5G has been introduced in two variants, out of which the base 6GB + 128GB storage configuration is priced at Rs 18,999. The top-of-the-line model comes equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, priced at Rs 20,499. The phone gets Arctic White and Celestial Blue color options.
Under the launch offer, customers will be able to buy Lava Blaze Duo 5G at a lower price on Amazon India from December 20. Its base model will be priced at Rs 16,999, while the top model will be sold for Rs 17,999. Not only this, an extra discount of Rs 2,000 will also be available on purchasing the phone through HDFC Bank debit and credit cards.
Lava Blaze Duo 5G specifications
The dual-SIM Lava Blaze Duo 5G will be shipped with Android 14. Lava says that the handset will be updated to Android 15 in the future. However, the exact time has not been told. The Blaze Duo 5G gets a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) 3D curved AMOLED main display, which supports refresh rate up to 120Hz. At the same time, there is a smaller 1.58-inch (228×460 pixels) AMOLED display on the rear panel. The handset works on MediaTek Dimensity 7025 processor, which is paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
Talking about its dual rear camera setup, it includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary shoot. On the front, the phone includes a 16-megapixel sensor.
The Lava Blaze Duo 5G includes a USB Type-C port. The phone has a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 33W output. It includes an in-display fingerprint scanner. The company claims that the handset has received IP64 rating for protection against dust and water splashes. Its thickness is 8.45 mm and weight is 186 grams.
