Pixel Watch 3 launched in India with 2 display sizes, price starts at Rs 39,900

Google launched the Pixel Watch 3 in India. The device promises up to 36 hours of battery life and is now available in two display sizes. Along with this, the company has also launched the Pixel 9 series. Pixel Watch 3 has been brought in 41mm and 45mm sizes. Both variants are equipped with the company’s Actua display. Cardio load tracking feature has also been added to the Pixel Watch 3. Apart from this, it will give Fitbit users access to the Morning Brief feature.

Pixel Watch 3 price in India and availability

In India, the Pixel Watch 3 is priced at Rs 39,900 for the 41mm model with Wi-Fi connectivity, while the larger model with a 45mm display and Wi-Fi connectivity starts at Rs 43,900. Both the 41mm and 45mm variants will be available in Hazel, Obsidian, and Porcelain colourways, but the smaller model will also be sold in an additional Pink colour option.

According to the company, Pixel Watch 3 will go on sale in India on August 22 via Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and Croma retail outlets.

Pixel Watch 3 Specifications and Features

The Pixel Watch 3 is offered in two display sizes – 41mm and 45mm and both variants are equipped with the company’s Actua display. Google says the Pixel Watch 3 supports a peak brightness level of 2,000nits, which is double that of last year’s model. In the dark, the brightness can drop to 1 nit. Its bezels are 16 percent thinner than the previous model.

Google says that the Pixel Watch 3 allows users to plan complex run routines and shows details such as cadence, stride length, vertical oscillation. It also supports new readiness and cardio load tracking features to help users focus on recovery. Fitbit users will also get access to the Morning Brief feature, which compiles a summary of any changes and health information that have occurred overnight.

The battery life of the Pixel Watch 3 is the same as the previous model. The device claims up to 24 hours of usage with the always-on display mode. Google says that the watch can deliver up to 36 hours of battery backup when battery saver mode is enabled. However, the 41mm size variant of the Pixel Watch 3 supports 20 percent faster charging rate than the company’s second-generation smartwatch.
