HMD Global has launched such a new phone that users will be able to repair themselves at home. For this, Nokia has partnered with iFixit. Under this partnership, customers buying the Nokia G42 5G will be able to repair the phone’s screen, charging port, etc. at home. Nokia G42 5G is the company’s first phone which users will be able to repair themselves. Apart from this, the company has said that Nokia G42 5G is its first phone in which 65% recycled material has been used.

Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G processor will be available in Nokia G42 5G. Apart from this, the phone has been introduced with up to 6 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage. Nokia G42 5G has three rear cameras in which the primary lens is 50MP. The second lens is 2 megapixels and the third lens is a 2 megapixel macro sensor. It has an 8 megapixel front camera for selfie.
The Nokia G42 5G features a 6.56-inch display with Gorilla Glass protection. The Nokia G42 5G packs a 5000mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 3 days of backup. Android 13 has been given with Nokia G42 5G and the company has promised OS upgrade for two years. There is currently no news of the launch of this phone in India.
