Vivo has launched the Y35 4G, a budget-friendly vivo smartphone snapdragon processor combination that brings a 50-megapixel triple camera, 5000mAh battery, and a 90Hz IPS LCD display under one roof — making it one of the more well-rounded entries in the competitive mid-range segment.

The Vivo Y35 4G features a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The panel uses a Waterdrop Notch cutout that keeps the screen-to-body ratio high while housing the front-facing camera. Build quality leans into a flat-frame design that gives the phone a clean, premium look despite its accessible price point. Total weight comes in at 188 grams.

Under the hood, the Y35 4G is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 680 processor — a reliable, power-efficient chip well suited to everyday multitasking, social media browsing, and light gaming. That is paired with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM along with an additional 4 GB of virtual RAM, bringing the effective RAM total to 12 GB when needed. Internal storage stands at 256 GB, giving users ample room for apps, photos, and videos without reaching for a microSD card constantly. A separate 128 GB/8 GB RAM variant is also available at a lower price.

Software runs on Funtouch OS 12 built on top of Android 12, which brings Vivo's feature-rich customisation layer to the Y35 4G out of the box.

Camera System and Battery Life

Photography is led by a triple rear camera module. The primary sensor is a capable 50-megapixel lens designed to capture detailed shots in both daylight and mixed-light conditions. Accompanying it are a 2-megapixel macro lens for close-up shots and a 2-megapixel portrait lens for depth-of-field effects in photos. On the front, an 8-megapixel selfie camera sits in the Waterdrop Notch, covering everyday video calls and self-portraits.

The 5000mAh battery is large enough to comfortably last through a full day of mixed use, and Vivo has included 44W rapid fast charging support to cut down on charging time significantly.

Vivo Y35 4G Price and Availability

Vivo launched the Y35 4G first in Indonesia. The 128 GB storage variant with 8 GB RAM carries a price of $232 (approximately ₹18,500). The phone is offered in two colours: Dawn Gold and Agate Black.
