The 32-inch D32S7B is priced at Rs 15,990, while the 39-inch D40HDRS is priced at Rs 21,990. Sales of both models are set to begin soon across online and offline markets in India.
These launches follow the company's earlier 43-inch Full HD smart TV, which arrived in India a few months back.
Daiwa D32S7B and D40HDRS: specifications and features
Both televisions are HD-ready with a display resolution of 1366x768 pixels. Each set runs on Android 8.0, paired with a quad-core ARM Cortex-A35-based chipset. The company has not disclosed the brand of the chipset.
Memory and storage are identical on both models: 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. Each TV also ships with a one-year warranty.
Alexa and OTT access
The headline feature is Alexa support, backed by built-in microphones on both sets. A dedicated button provides quick access to OTT platforms such as Disney+ Hotstar and Sony LIV.
Daiwa's in-house software, called The Big Wall, brings together more than 2,500,000 hours of content from Disney+ Hotstar, Sony LIV, Eros Now, Voot, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and YouTube.
