Asus ZenBook Pro Duo 15
The ZenBook Pro Duo 15 places a tilting secondary screen above the keyboard, a design Asus carried over from the ROG Zephyrus gaming laptop. The company calls this secondary panel the ScreenPad Plus, and it supports 4K resolution.
Under the hood, it runs an Intel Core i9 processor with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. Storage and memory come in at 1TB PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD and 32GB DDR4 RAM. Connectivity includes three USB Type-C ports and Wi-Fi 6.
Asus ZenBook Duo 14 (UX482)
The ZenBook Duo 14 also features the ASUS ScreenPad Plus. It carries Intel Evo verification, meaning it supports an 11th Generation Intel Core processor and Intel Iris X graphics, with an option for NVIDIA GeForce MX450 graphics.
Asus adds intelligent performance technology that the company says can boost performance by up to 40 percent. The laptop is rated for 17 hours of battery back-up and charges over USB Type-C.
Asus VivoBook S14 (S435)
The VivoBook S14 is also Evo verified, pairing an 11th-generation Intel Core i7 processor with Iris X graphics and support for 1TB of PCIe SSD storage. Asus uses a diamond-cut design with a metal chassis and a distinctive VivoBook lid logo.
It weighs 1.3 kg and offers a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. Ports include four USB Type-C, one USB Type-A 3.2 and one USB 2.0, plus a MicroSD card reader and Wi-Fi 6.
Asus TUF Dash
Rounding out the gaming side, the TUF Dash arrives with a slim, lightweight design and an 810G MIL-STD durability rating. Buyers can choose between two display options, with either a 240Hz or 144Hz refresh rate.
Why the CES 2021 range slim laptops matter
Together these laptops show Asus pushing its dual-display idea further into mainstream notebooks while keeping each model thin and portable. The mix of Intel Evo verification, 11th-generation processors and Wi-Fi 6 signals a clear focus on everyday performance and modern connectivity.
