The iQOO Pad Ultra has been launched in China. The company introduced it alongside the iQOO 16 and the iQOO Gaming Headset. The new tablet features an 8.8-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of up to 500Hz. Additionally, the tablet is equipped with a dedicated Q4 gaming chip and an active cooling fan, which helps maintain performance during long gaming sessions. It comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, and includes a large active cooling fan to prevent overheating.

The starting price for the iQOO Pad Ultra in China is CNY 6,499 (approximately ₹92,900) for the model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Meanwhile, the 16GB+256GB model is priced at CNY 7,199 (approx. ₹1,02,900), the 16GB+512GB model at CNY 7,999 (approx. ₹1,14,400), and the 16GB+1TB variant at CNY 8,999 (approx. ₹1,28,600). The tablet is available in Star Silver and Twilight Black colors. Sales in China will begin on October 5, and pre-orders are currently being accepted.

The iQOO Pad Ultra features an 8.8-inch 2K AMOLED display that supports a 165Hz refresh rate. The display offers a local peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits, while the touch sampling rate reaches 500Hz during gaming. The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite series octa-core processor, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Additionally, the company has included its proprietary Q4 gaming chip, designed to enhance frame rates and graphics quality in supported games.

A standout feature of the iQOO Pad Ultra is its five-layer cooling system, which includes a large active cooling fan, dual air intakes, and three fan speed levels. According to the company, the total heat dissipation area measures 23,253mm², and the tablet supports gaming at up to 165fps in select titles. Gaming controls are managed by the Q-flex system, featuring 500Hz touch sampling, dual X-axis linear motors, and 4D vibration. The company has also introduced optional accessories, such as a gaming clamp and the iQOO G1 telescopic controller.

The iQOO Pad Ultra houses a 9,020mAh battery that supports 66W wired fast charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port. For audio, it features a quad-speaker setup with support for Super Audio 8.0, a 10-band equalizer, and Spatial Audio. The camera setup consists of a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. The tablet weighs approximately 298 grams and has a thickness of 5.74mm.
