Vivo has launched its new Vivo Y31T 5G smartphone in India.
This new Y-series phone enters the mid-range segment, featuring a large battery
and 5G connectivity. It is equipped with a 7,200mAh battery, a 50MP main
camera, and the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. Additionally, it sports a
6.75-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone runs on OriginOS 6,
based on Android 16.
The Vivo Y31T 5G starts at ₹25,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB
storage variant. The 6GB+128GB variant is priced at ₹29,999, while the
6GB+256GB model costs ₹34,999. The phone is available in Crimson Red, Golden
Mist, and Seashore color options. The company is also offering an instant
cashback of ₹1,500 on select bank cards. It can be purchased via Flipkart,
Vivo's online store, and offline retail outlets.
The Vivo Y31T 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a
resolution of 720×1608 pixels and support for a 120Hz refresh rate. According
to the company, the display offers a peak brightness of up to 1,250 nits. The
phone also holds IP68 and IP69 ratings, providing protection against dust and
water.
For performance, the phone is powered by the 4nm Snapdragon
4 Gen 2 chipset. It features cores clocked at speeds of up to 2.2GHz and
1.95GHz. The phone comes with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS
3.1 storage. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a face
unlock option.
In terms of the camera setup, the Vivo Y31T 5G sports a 50MP
primary camera on the back, accompanied by a 2MP bokeh sensor. For selfies and
video calls, the phone has an 8MP front camera. The phone's standout feature is
its 7,200mAh battery, which supports 44W wired fast charging.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth 4.2, and a USB Type-C port. The phone weighs approximately 219 grams
and has a thickness of 8.39mm. The Vivo Y31T 5G runs on OriginOS 6, based on
Android 16.
