CP PLUS has launched its new CarKam 4G Dashcam series in the
Indian market, introducing the CP-H27 and CP-H27B models. These dashcams are
designed for users who seek remote monitoring and security features alongside
standard driving recording capabilities. Both models feature 4G connectivity,
GPS tracking, and support for the ezyLiv+ app. The CP-H27B model includes both
front and rear cameras, enabling simultaneous recording of the areas in front
of and behind the vehicle.
The new CarKam 4G series supports 4G/5G SIM cards, allowing
users to access live views, remote monitoring, and vehicle location tracking
via the ezyLiv+ mobile app. Additionally, both models support HDR, H.265 video
compression, and microSD cards with capacities of up to 1TB.
The dashcams come equipped with features such as built-in
GPS, two-way talk, motion detection, collision detection, a G-sensor, and
parking monitoring. Time-lapse recording and parking mode functions are
available when used with the Type-C hardwire kit.
What is the difference between the CP-H27 and CP-H27B?
The CP-H27 features a 2-megapixel Full HD front camera
capable of recording video at 1080p resolution. It is equipped with an F1.5
aperture lens and offers a diagonal viewing angle of up to 136 degrees.
In contrast, the CP-H27B comes with a dual-channel setup,
featuring a 2-megapixel Full HD front camera and a 2-megapixel Full HD rear
camera. This allows for simultaneous recording of the view both in front of and
behind the car. Both cameras support 1080p video recording.
Price and Availability
CP PLUS has priced the CarKam 4G CP-H27 at ₹7,599, while the
CP-H27B is priced at ₹11,699. Both dashcams are available for purchase in India
