Coolpad has launched its new budget smartphone, the Cool 80,
in its home market. This smartphone is aimed at the entry-level segment. It
features a 6.7-inch display, a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, and 128GB of

(approximately ₹11,500). The smartphone is available in Rock Sand Black, Dune
Orange, and Gauze White color options. Currently, it is available for sale in
China; the company has not yet provided any information regarding a global
launch.
The Coolpad Cool 80 sports a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display that
supports HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display features a
punch-hole design. The phone measures 168.5 x 76.3 x 8.2mm.
It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor. The phone

camera, while a 5MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. According to
official images, the phone's camera design resembles that of an iPhone, though
the arrangement of the cameras is different.
Conflicting information has emerged regarding the phone's
battery capacity. According to Gizmochina, the JD.com listing mentions a

the phone's size and current market trends, this capacity appears relatively
low. Consequently, official confirmation regarding the battery and charging
specifications is awaited.
