Honor X9c Smart launched with 5800mAh battery, 108MP camera, know specifications
Honor introduced the Honor X9c in select global markets in early November and now the company has introduced the Honor X9c Smart in Malaysia. Unlike the Qualcomm chipset in the X9c, the new ‘smart’ model works on the MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra chipset. The phone runs on Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0 and has an FHD + display with 120Hz refresh rate. A feature of the phone is also its 108MP rear main sensor. It has a 5800mAh battery, which supports 35W charging. The phone also includes AI camera features.
The Honor X9c Smart has been listed on the company’s Malaysia website, but the price has not been revealed yet. The website is showing a ‘Notify me’ button, which suggests that it can be made available for purchase anytime in the coming days. The phone is listed in 8GB + 256GB configuration. It is expected to come in Ocean Cyan and Moonlight White colour options.

The Honor X9c Smart runs Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0 out-of-the-box. It has a 6.8-inch FHD+ (2,412 x 1,080 pixels) TFT LCD display, which is equipped with 120Hz refresh rate, 850nits peak brightness and DC flicker-free dimming. The phone works on MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra SoC. The company says that the smartphone comes with a scratch-resistant build. It is rated IP65M for dust and water protection. However, the company has also clarified that it is not ‘professionally water resistant’.
The Honor X9c Smart has a 108-megapixel main rear camera sensor with f/1.75 aperture and 3x lossless zoom. The setup also includes a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens. The phone has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
The Honor X9c Smart packs a 5,800mAh battery with 35W wired fast charging support. It gets all the basic connectivity options including dual 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, OTG, NFC. It includes a Type-C port for charging. It measures 165.98 x 75.8 x 7.88 mm and weighs 193 grams.
