Portronics launches 2 portable speakers with 20W sound output in India, price starts at Rs 1,599
Portronics has launched two new compact Bluetooth speakers, SoundPot and SoundPot Pro. Both the speakers introduced in India offer 20W output and 360-degree sound. They also support USB playback along with Bluetooth streaming. They include a built-in microphone for hands-free calling. The Portronics SoundPot Pro model comes equipped with RGB LED lighting, which helps create an atmosphere for the party. It includes multiple patterns of multiple lights. The vanilla model is capable of offering six hours of playback, while the Pro model claims five hours of playback.
The Portronics SoundPot and SoundPot Pro Truly Wireless Portable Speakers have been launched at Rs 1,599 and Rs 1,749 respectively. The company says that they come with a 12-month warranty. They can be purchased from Portronics’ official website as well as popular online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart or major offline retail stores.
Talking about the features, both SoundPot and SoundPot Pro come equipped with 20W audio drivers and claim to deliver powerful bass. The company says that they get 360 degree sound output for a better experience. The Pro model gets RGB LED lighting, which is not included in the vanilla SoundPot.
The new Portronics product gets easy controls, allowing users to adjust the volume, toggle between Bluetooth streaming and USB playback modes, and forward or previous content. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) support allows users to connect another SoundPot to the SoundPot Pro wirelessly to create a better soundstage. You can make hands-free calls through the built-in microphone.
Both the SoundPot and Pro models come with adjustable straps, which can be adjusted to hang the speaker on a handlebar or hook etc. Another feature of the SoundPot Pro is the water resistant technology found in it. The company claims that on a single charge, the SoundPot can deliver up to six hours of playback, while the SoundPot Pro can deliver up to five hours of battery life. Both devices include USB Type-C ports for charging.
