Honor X9c launched in Malaysia. One of the biggest features of the smartphone is its 6,600mAh battery, which, according to the company, can give 25.8 hours of video playback or about 48 hours of music playback on a full charge. Apart from this, the smartphone gets Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. The phone is rated to protect against water, dust and even drops. The company claims that the smartphone can survive even after falling from 2 meters. The Honor X9c gets a 108MP main rear camera.

Honor X9c price, availability

The Honor X9c has been introduced in Malaysia in two RAM and storage configurations. The base 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at MYR 1,499 (approximately Rs 28,700), while the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at MYR 1,699 (approximately Rs 32,500). At the same time, the company has also listed the smartphone in 8GB + 256GB configuration on the global website. However, its price is yet to be revealed. The Honor smartphone has been introduced in Titanium Purple, Jade Cyan and Titanium Black color options. It is available for pre-order through an online retail store in Singapore.

The Honor X9c ships with Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0. It has a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,224 x 2,700 pixels) AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 4,000 nits brightness support. The company has also provided an eye protection feature, which claims to protect the eyes from blue light. The phone works on Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.

The Honor X9c gets a dual rear camera setup, which includes a 108-megapixel primary rear sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens. For selfies and video calling, the phone has a 16-megapixel front shooter.

The Honor X9c packs a 6,600mAh battery that supports 66W wired fast charging. The company claims that the phone can deliver 25.8 hours of video or 48.4 hours of online music playback on a full charge. Honor claims that the handset is designed to withstand a drop of up to 2 meters. It has received an IP65M rating for dust and 360-degree water resistance.

The Honor phone includes dual 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, OTG, GPS, USB Type-C port, etc. Its dimensions are 162.8 x 75.5 x 7.98 mm and weight is 189 grams.
