Today again the company has launched its new iPhone in the market. Introducing the iPhone 16 series, the company has launched iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
iPhone 16 Price : The price of iPhone 16 in India is Rs 79,999. This is the price of 128 GB model. Similarly, 256 GB has been launched for Rs 89,999 and 512 GB for Rs 1,09,999. iPhone 16 will be sold from September 20 and can be purchased in ultramarine, teal, pink, white and black colors.
iPhone 16 Plus Price : The price of iPhone 16 Plus is Rs 89,999 in which 128 GB model will be available. The rate of 256 GB model of this phone is Rs 99,999 and the price of 512 GB is Rs 1,19,999. iPhone 16 Plus will be available for sale in India from September 20 and can be purchased in ultramarine, teal, pink, white and black colors.
Specifications of iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus
Screen : Dynamic Island display is provided in both iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus smartphones. This is a Super Retina XDR screen which is built on an OLED panel. While iPhone 16 has a 6.1-inch display, iPhone 16 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen. Features like 2,000 nits brightness, HDR10 and Dolby Vision are available on this display.
Performance : iPhone 16 and 16 Plus have been launched in the market with Apple’s latest operating system iOS 18. Apple’s A18 Bionic chipset has been provided for processing in both these iPhones. It is a 6-core CPU which includes 2 performance cores clocked at 3.89GHz and 4 efficiency cores clocked at 2.2GHz. It is 2 times faster than the A18 Bionic chip present in iPhone 15.
The hexa-core CPU of the iPhone 16 is said to be 30 percent faster than the one in the iPhone 15. Similarly, the company claims that the 5-core GPU present in the new iPhone 16 is 40% faster and 35% efficient compared to the A16 Bionic of the iPhone 15.
Memory : Both iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus phones have been launched in three storage variants. The base model of iPhone 16 has 128 GB memory and the same storage is given in the base model of iPhone 16 Plus. The mid model of both supports 256 GB storage and the largest iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus come with 512 GB memory.
Back Camera : iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus support dual rear cameras for photography. A 48-megapixel main sensor equipped with True Tone flash is provided on its back panel. This is a 26mm sensor which works at F/1.6 aperture. Along with this, there is a 12 megapixel 2X telephoto lens supporting F/1.6 aperture and 120° field of view on the back panel.
iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus support 12-megapixel front camera for taking selfies and video calling. This is a telephoto lens which works at F/1.9 aperture.
New camera control: Along with the new design, a new camera control button is also provided in iPhone 16. This is a kind of sensor which is placed on the right frame of the mobile. As soon as you touch it, the phone camera app will open. Tasks like taking photos and making videos can be done through touch on this sensor. Camera settings can also be accessed through tap and scroll on this sensor button.
Battery : Android smartphones have started coming equipped with 5,500 mAh and 6,000 mAh batteries. At the same time, Apple iPhones are still being brought with low mAh batteries. It has not been confirmed by the company yet, but it is believed that iPhone 16 has a 3,561 mAh battery and iPhone 16 Plus has a 4,006 mAh battery.
Apple says that the battery of iPhone 16 can provide 22 hours of video playback and 80 hours of audio playback after full charge. Whereas in iPhone 16 Plus, you can get 27 hours of video and 100 hours of audio playback time.
Apple has launched both iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus phones in the market equipped with USB Type-C port. MagSafe and Qi wireless charging technology are also available in both. These mobiles support 25W MagSafe wireless charging and 15W Qi wireless charging.
Apple Intelligence
The iPhone 16 series comes equipped with Apple Intelligence features. From taking photos on the phone to editing them, Artificial Intelligence will show its magic in everything.
