Asus launches Vivobook S 15 OLED Copilot+ laptop in India
Asus, one of the big devices companies, launched Vivobook S 15 OLED in India. This is the company’s first Copilot+ PC in the country. It has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite chipset. It supports Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. These features will be provided in the upcoming update of Windows 11.
The price of this laptop is Rs 1,24,990. It is made available in only 16 GB RAM + 1 TB SSD storage and Cool Silver color. This laptop will be sold through the company’s e-shop, Asus exclusive stores, Pegasus stores and e-commerce site Flipkart.
Specifications of Vivobook S 15 OLED (Copilot+)
It runs on Windows 11 Home and is bundled with Microsoft Office Home. It features a 15-inch 3k (2,880 x 1,620 pixels) OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness level of up to 600 nits. It has a 1,080p webcam with a privacy shutter. Snapdragon X Elite is given under its hood. Along with this, Qualcomm AI Engine, Adreno GPU and Qualcomm’s Hexagon Neural Processing Unit (NPU) are provided. It has 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB storage.
This laptop has an aluminum lid, backlit chiclet keyboard. Being an AI PC, it has a separate Copilot key. It has inbuilt speakers and a microphone. Its 3 cell 70 Wh battery can be charged using a 90 W AC adapter. It has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for connectivity. This laptop has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 4.0 Type-C ports, an HDMI 2.1 port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The Vivobook S 15 OLED has a separate microSD reader. Its size is 352.6 x 227 x 15.9 mm and weight is 1.42 kg. Last month, Asus launched the gaming laptop ROG Zephyrus G14. It has AMD’s Ryzen 9 8945HS as its processor. This laptop has 16 GB RAM and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU. Its Pantone validated display is with support for Nvidia G-Sync, Dolby Vision.
