Acer launches new TravelMate P6, P4, Chromebook Plus Spin series laptops, know price and features
Acer has brought new TravelMate laptops which have AI features. Processors up to Intel Core Ultra 7 are available in these. Apart from this, the company has launched Chromebook Plus Spin models. Acer TravelMate P6 14, Travelmate P4 Series, Chromebook Plus Spin Series Price
The price of Acer TravelMate P6 14 starts at $1,429 (roughly Rs. 1,19,200) while the TravelMate P4 Spin 14 model starts at $1,329 (roughly Rs. 1,10,900). The TravelMate P4 16 and TravelMate P4 14 are priced at $1,229 (roughly Rs. 1,02,500) and $949 (roughly Rs. 79,200), respectively. These models will go on sale in North America in July, and in Europe, the Middle East and Africa by the third quarter of 2024.
The Acer Chromebook Plus Spin 514 is priced at $549 (roughly Rs. 45,800), while the Chromebook Plus Enterprise 515 and Chromebook Plus Enterprise Spin 514 are priced at $649 (roughly Rs. 54,200) and $749 (roughly Rs. 62,500), respectively. Some models will go on sale in North America in August, while their sale in markets like the Middle East is likely to start by July.
Acer TravelMate P6 14, Travelmate P4 Series Specifications
TravelMate P series models are equipped with processors up to Intel Core Ultra 7. In which only Intel graphics are available. These have been provided with up to 64 GB RAM. But the TravelMate P4 14 is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 8840U chipset and has an AMD Radeon 780M graphics processor.
The Acer TravelMate P6 14 and TravelMate P4 Spin 14 feature a 14-inch WQXGA (2,880×1,800 pixels) OLED display and a 14-inch WUXGA (1,920×1,200 pixels) IPS display, respectively. The TravelMate P4 14 and TravelMate P4 16 feature 14-inch and 16-inch IPS displays with WUXGA (1,920×1,200 pixels) resolution, respectively.
These laptops have a 65Wh battery. For which the company claims that it can provide 14 hours of backup. For connectivity, it has support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3. The devices also have 2 Thunderbolt 4, and HDMI 2.0 ports. For storage, it supports NVMe type storage capacity up to 1TB.
Acer Chromebook Plus Spin Series Specifications
Acer Chromebook Plus has Intel Core 7 processor. These have up to 16 GB RAM. Acer Chromebook Plus Spin 514 and Chromebook Plus Enterprise Spin 514 have 128 GB storage, while Chromebook Plus Enterprise 515 has 512 GB NVMe storage.
Spin 514 and Enterprise Spin 514 have a 14-inch WUXGA (1,920×1,200 pixels) IPS display. While the Enterprise 515 has a 15.6-inch FullHD (1,920×1,080 pixels) IPS display.
For connectivity, it has support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. It has two USB Type-C ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port and one HDMI 1.4 port. All three models have a 53Wh battery. Which can give 10 hours of backup in a single charge.
