India’s own cheap tablet Milkyway launched, BharatGPT AI support with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage!

Epic Foundation has launched Android tablet Milkyway which is the first Designed in India tablet. Its special feature is that it also supports BharatGPT AI features. EPIC Foundation, a not-for-profit organization led by HCL co-founders Dr Ajay Chaudhary and Arjun Malhotra, has launched its first tablet, Milkyway, in India. According to CNBCTV18, the tablet was developed by VVDN Technologies, MediaTek India, and CoRover.ai. It is a joint effort. The company says that their aim was to launch a tablet that can be repaired as well as upgraded. The tablet has also been specially designed with a view to the Self-reliant India campaign. In which such components are installed which can be easily replaced and can also be upgraded. Support of BharatGPT Virtual Assistant is also provided in it. So that digital learning will be promoted, and support for different languages ​​will also be available.

Milkyway Tablet specifications

Milkyway has an 8 inch IPS display. It can be replaced. Its resolution is 800×1280 pixels. There is a 3 megapixel camera in the front. Whereas an 8 megapixel camera is provided in the rear. Talking about other specifications of the tablet, it has MediaTek 8766A processor. With which 4GB RAM and 64GB storage is provided. Storage can also be expanded. This tablet runs on Android 13 OS.

The Milkyway tablet has a 5100 mAh battery. This can also be replaced. It comes with support for 4G LTE as well as Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity.

Milkyway Tablet Price

IRIS will distribute the tablet in educational institutions, according to its Chairman Sanjeev Krishnan, the tablet will be available in the market within the next two months. Its price has not been officially announced yet. But it has been said that the price of the tablet will be around Rs 8,400.
