Vivo S18, S18 Pro and S18e launched with 16GB RAM, know price and specifications

The company has launched Vivo S18 series in its domestic market. The new lineup includes Vivo S18, S18 Pro and S18e. With the new series, Vivo has also made major changes in the design style. The camera module on the S18 and S18 Pro has been given a completely new look, consisting of two large square boxes set vertically. Camera sensors are fitted in one of these boxes and the flash is placed in the other.  The S18 and S18 Pro models come with 6.78-inch curved OLED displays, while the cheaper S18e model gets a 6.67-inch AMOLED display. All three models are equipped with different processors. However, all have OriginOS 4 based on Android 14 and 80W wired fast charging.

Vivo S18, S18 Pro, S18e price, availability

The starting price of Vivo S18 in China is 2,299 Yuan (about Rs 27,100), in which it comes in 8GB + 256GB storage variant. The phone has also been launched in 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB storage variants.

The base 12GB + 256GB storage model of Vivo S18 Pro is priced at 3,199 Yuan (approximately Rs 37,700). This phone can also be purchased in 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB models.

Finally comes Vivo S18e, whose base 12GB + 256GB model is priced at 2,099 Yuan (about Rs 24,700) in China. Its another variant comes in 12GB + 512GB configuration.

The first sale of Vivo S18 will start in China on December 22, while the sale of S18 Pro and S18e will take place on January 13, 2024. These can be purchased from the official website of the company.

Vivo S18, S18 Pro, S18e specifications

Vivo S18, S18 Pro and S18e, all three smartphones work on OriginOS 4 based on Android 14. All three have impressive displays, with the S18 and S18 Pro featuring a 6.78-inch curved OLED display that offers FHD+, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 2800 nits of peak brightness. The S18e features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 2400×1080 resolution and the same 120Hz refresh rate.

All three models include different processors. While the S18 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, the S18 Pro and S18e include MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ and Dimensity 7200 chipsets respectively. All three phones come with up to 16GB of RAM with different storage options.

Camera setups are also different, with the S18 including a 50MP main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. At the same time, S18 Pro has a 50MP primary sensor, 50MP ultra-wide lens and 12MP telephoto shooter, while S18e has a 50MP main camera and 2MP secondary camera. The S18 and Pro models are equipped with a better 50MP front camera, while the S18e sports a 16MP camera.

All models get 80W wired fast charging, but while the S18 and Pro models come with a 5,000mAh battery, the S18e comes with a 4800mAh battery. All the smartphones come equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner and include all the basic connectivity features.
