- Screen: Tecno Spark 20C smartphone supports 6.6-inch HD+ display with 720 x 1612 pixels resolution. This punch-hole style screen is made on an LCD panel and works at a 90Hz refresh rate.
- Processing: Tecno Spark 20C has been launched on Android 13 which runs on Cortex-A53 octacore MediaTek Helio G36 processor with 2.2 GHz clock speed.
- Memory: This techno phone has been introduced in two variants of 4 GB RAM and 8 GB RAM. One has 4 GB extended RAM and the other supports 8 GB extended RAM. This means that if needed, this phone can perform on 16 GB RAM.
- Camera: For photography, a dual rear camera is provided on the back panel of the phone, which has an AI lens with a 50 megapixel primary sensor. An 8-megapixel selfie sensor equipped with dual flash has been provided on the front panel of the phone.
- Battery: Techno Spark 20C supports 5,000 mAh battery for power backup. To charge this big battery faster, the phone has 18W fast charging technology.

Techno has listed Spark 20C in two memory variants on its global website. The base model has 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and the bigger variant supports 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage smartphone. The company has not yet given information about the price of Tecno Spark 20C, but in a report it is being claimed that the starting price of this mobile can be around $130 i.e. Rs 10,900. The phone has been launched in Gravity Black, Mystery White, Alpenglow Gold and Magic Skin colors.
