- Screen: Vivo Y200 5G phone has been launched on a 6.67 inch FullHD + display with 2400 × 1080 pixel resolution. This screen is made on AMOLED panel and works at 120Hz refresh rate. It also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
- Processor: Vivo Y200 5G phone has been launched on Android 13 and works on Funtouch OS 13. For processing, this phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 octacore processor.
- Virtual RAM: This Vivo smartphone is equipped with 8 GB expandable RAM technology. The 8 GB physical RAM and 8 GB virtual RAM present in the phone together will give Vivo Y200 5G the power of 16 GB RAM.
