The OnePlus Ace 2V 1TB variant is here, and it packs an enormous amount of storage into a surprisingly affordable package. Originally launched in China in March, the OnePlus Ace 2V has now received a new 16GB RAM + 1TB inbuilt storage option that pushes the phone into flagship-storage territory while keeping the price well within reach.
OnePlus Ace 2V 1TB Price and Availability
The new 16GB + 1TB variant of the OnePlus Ace 2V is priced at 2,999 yuan (approximately Rs 35,227). Buyers can sweeten the deal further with a 200 yuan (approximately Rs 2,349) launch discount, bringing the effective price down to 2,799 yuan (approximately Rs 32,878). Sales of this new variant are expected to begin from May 31. OnePlus has not yet announced global availability for any of the Ace 2V variants, so availability remains limited to the Chinese market for now. The phone was originally offered in 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB options before this 1TB model joined the lineup.
Display and Design
The OnePlus Ace 2V sports a large 6.74-inch 2.5D AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, making it well-suited for gaming, streaming, and everyday use. The panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, offering solid resistance against everyday scratches and minor drops. The in-display fingerprint sensor adds a premium touch to the overall security setup.
Performance: MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Powering the Experience
Under the hood, the OnePlus Ace 2V runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. This is a flagship-class processor built on a 4nm process, and it handles demanding tasks — multi-tasking, high-refresh-rate gaming, and heavy app workloads — without breaking a sweat. Paired with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage in this new variant, the overall performance package is formidable for the asking price.
Camera Setup
The Ace 2V carries a triple-camera array on the rear. The primary shooter is a 64-megapixel sensor, backed by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone uses a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. OnePlus has not changed the camera hardware with the new storage variant — only the RAM and storage have been updated.
Battery and Charging
Battery life is a genuine strength here. The 5,000mAh battery keeps the phone running through a full day of heavy use, and when it does run out, the 80W SuperVOOC fast charging tops it back up from 0 to 100 percent in just 32 minutes according to OnePlus's own claims. That combination of large capacity and rapid replenishment is one of the most practical features of the phone.
