Nokia launches two feature phones in India, will be able to make UPI payments like smartphones.

HMD Global has introduced two new feature phones in India, including the Nokia 105 2023 and the Nokia 106. Both these phones have been introduced in partnership with NPCI. Both these Nokia phones have an inbuilt UPI 123PAY feature, with the help of which users will be able to make UPI payments from feature phones just like smartphones.

UPI 123PAY has been specially designed by NPCI for feature phones. 4G connectivity will be available with Nokia 105 and Nokia 106. IPS display is available with Nokia 106 4G.

The Nokia 105 packs a 1000mAh battery, while the Nokia 106 4G packs a 1450mAh battery. Wireless FM radio has been given in both Nokia 105 and 106 4G phones. Apart from this, Nokia 106 4G has an inbuilt MP3 player.

The sale of Nokia 105 and Nokia 106 4G has started in India from offline and online stores. The price of Nokia 105 has been kept at Rs 1,299 and the price of Nokia 106 4G has been kept at Rs 2,199. The Nokia 105 can be bought in Charcoal, Cyan and Red colours, while the Nokia 106 4G can be bought in Charcoal and Blue colours.
