Two models of Realme GT Neo 5 have been launched in the market. While one has 240W fast charging, the other supports 150W charging. Of these, the company has launched the 240W model with 16 GB RAM memory. The 150W model of the phone has been launched with 8 GB RAM, 12 GB RAM and 16 GB RAM.

Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone supports 6.74 inch large 1.5K display with 2772 x 1240 pixel resolution. This punch-hole styled screen is built on an AMOLED panel and works at 144Hz refresh rate and 1500Hz touch sampling rate. Features like 100% DCI-P3, 1.07 billion colors and 5,000,000: 1 contrast ratio are available on this screen.
Realme GT Neo5 has been launched on Qualcomm’s 4-nanometer fabrications on Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 Octacore processor which runs at 3.0GHz clock speed. Adreno GPU 730 GPU has been given in this mobile phone for graphics. This phone has been introduced on Android 13 based Realme UI 4.0 and works on LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 ROM technology.
Realme GT Neo 5 supports triple rear camera for photography. On the back panel of the phone, a 50MP Sony IMX 890 OIS primary sensor with F / 1.88 aperture equipped with LED flash has been given, which works in conjunction with F / 2.2 aperture 8 megapixel wide angle lens and F / 3.3 aperture 2 megapixel macro sensor.
