Realme has rolled out the Android 13 beta for its budget lineup, bringing the update to the Realme 9i 5G and expanding the rollout that began with flagship devices back in August 2022.
Android 13 Beta: What Realme Users Get
The Android 13 update ships with a handful of meaningful feature improvements. The most notable addition is Clear Calling, which uses on-device processing to suppress background noise and deliver sharper voice quality during calls. Beyond call quality, Android 13 introduces expanded customization options: users can now adjust icon size and style independently and swap out widgets more freely than before. Rollout Timeline Across Realme Devices
Realme began the Android 13 rollout in stages across its portfolio. The Realme GT 2 Pro was the first to receive early access in August 2022. In September 2022, early access expanded to the Realme GT Neo 3 150W, Realme GT Neo 3 80W, and Realme GT 2. October 2022 brought the update to the Realme GT Neo 3T, Realme 9 Pro+ 5G, Realme 9 Pro 5G, and Realme 9i 5G.
November 2022 early access targets the Realme GT, Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G, and Realme Narzo 50 5G. December 2022 is scheduled to bring the Android 13 beta to the Realme X7 Max, Realme 8 5G, and Realme Narzo 30 5G.
