Display and Performance
The Neo 7 sports a large 6.78-inch Samsung E5 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,500 nits, making it ideal for outdoor use and gaming. Under the hood, the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor — paired with a Mali-G710 GPU and up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM — places the iQoo Neo 7 firmly in flagship territory. Storage runs on the fast UFS 3.1 standard, topping out at 512 GB. iQoo has also included a dedicated liquid cooling system to keep sustained gaming performance in check.
Camera System
Photography is handled by a triple-camera array on the rear. The primary shooter uses a 50 MP sensor with a Sony IMX766V image sensor and optical image stabilisation (OIS) for sharp, stable shots. A 13 MP ultrawide lens covers group shots and landscapes, while a 12 MP portrait telephoto lens handles close-up and depth-of-field work. Selfies are managed by a 16 MP front camera.
Battery and Charging
Powering the Neo 7 is a 5,000 mAh cell backed by iQoo's 120W wired fast charging — one of the fastest in class — which can top up the large battery in a matter of minutes. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, OTG support, and a USB Type-C port. An in-display fingerprint sensor rounds out the security features.
