Xiaomi has officially launched the Mi Band 7 Pro, the company's first Pro-tier fitness band, bringing a larger display, built-in GPS, NFC, and 117 sport modes to wrist-worn wearables in China at a starting price of Yuan 379 (approximately Rs 4,400).
Mi Band 7 Pro Design and Display
The Mi Band 7 Pro sports a 1.64-inch display — wider than the standard Mi Band 7 and larger than the 1.47-inch screen on the Redmi Smart Band 7 Pro. It adopts a square watch face with a metal texture frame, giving it a more premium look than its predecessors. Xiaomi has released it in multiple colour options including Green and Grey.
Mi Band 7 Pro Features: 117 Sport Modes, GPS, and Health Tracking
One of the headline upgrades in the Mi Band 7 Pro is full built-in GPS support, removing the need to carry a paired smartphone during outdoor workouts. The band covers 117 exercise modes, including 10 dedicated running courses tailored for different training goals. NFC support is on board for contactless payments, and Always On Display keeps key watch-face information visible at all times.
On the health-monitoring side, the band continuously tracks heart rate and blood-oxygen (SpO2) levels, sending an alert if SpO2 drops to a concerning level. It also monitors the user's sleep quality, rounding out an extensive suite of passive wellness sensors.
Water Resistance and Battery Life
The Mi Band 7 Pro carries a 5ATM water-resistance rating, which means it can be worn while swimming without any issues. The 235mAh battery is rated for up to 12 days of use on a single charge, and fully recharging the band takes approximately one hour.
