JioBook laptop spotted on BIS website, may launch in India soon
Reliance Jio is working on its first laptop. The specifications of JioBook have been leaked some time ago but no information has come about its launch date. But recently this device has been seen on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, after which it is being speculated that the launch of JioBook is now near.

Tipster Mukul Sharma has seen the listing of JioBook on the website of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Jio laptops are listed on this website with three different model numbers – NB1118QMW, NB1148QMW and NB1112MM.
Looking at this, it seems that this device will come in three variants and will be launched in India very soon. Apart from the internal model designation, this listing does not reveal anything else about the JioBook. But old news gives us a lot of information about its specifications.
JioBook specifications
According to the old news, the JioBook will have an HD screen, which will support 1366×768 pixel resolution. It will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and will come with Snapdragon X12 4G modem. It is also being said that this laptop will come with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 64GB of eMMC storage.
In terms of connectivity, the JioBook laptop will support a mini HDMI connector, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It may also come with a three-axis accelerometer and a Qualcomm audio chip. According to the leaks, apps like JioStore, JioMeet and JioPages will come pre-installed in JioBook. In addition, Microsoft apps such as Teams, Edge and Office will also come pre-installed. There is no news about the price of this laptop yet, but looking at its specifications, it seems that it will be a budget laptop, which can be used for online education or entertainment.
