LG’s Instaview French Door Refrigerator launched in India, capable of killing 99.99 percent bacteria

LG Electronics (LG), India’s leading consumer electronics brand, today launched a new model of Instaview French Door Refrigerator in India. This latest model of refrigerator comes with a glossy glass panel, which is equipped with two quick knobs. This allows users to view the items kept in the inner compartment without opening the fridge door. Due to this, there is less loss of cold air in the fridge and the food remains fresh for a long time. Tested by Intertek, this refrigerator reduces cold air loss by up to 41 percent.

With LG’s added focus on health and cleanliness, the new refrigerator is equipped with Hygiene Fresh technology. Tested by Intertek Door, this refrigerator kills up to 99.999 percent of bacteria and removes odor from the fridge. The LG UVNano technology in this refrigerator harnesses the power of light to keep the water dispenser tap healthy and germ free. UVNano automatically removes 99.99 percent of bacteria from the dispenser tap of the refrigerator every hour. Users can activate UVNano feature as per their convenience by pressing the button.

The new model of the refrigerator is equipped with LG’s Inverter Linear Compressor Technology, which reduces power consumption. This cuts down on your hefty electricity bills by up to 51 percent.

Unlike other conventional compressors, in which 4 friction points are provided, the Inverter Linear Compressor features a single friction point which makes the refrigerator more stable. LG will offer consumers a 10-year and VDE Germany-certified Lifetime Warranty of 10 years on the compressor. The new model of LG Instaview French Door Refrigerator is available in India for Rs 3,29,990. Customers can buy this new model in matte black color from all retail channels.
