JioPhone Next pre-booking will start next week, reveals report

Reliance Jio had announced the JioPhone Next smartphone at this year’s AGM. This phone will go on sale from 10 September 2021. The company has not yet announced the pre-booking date of this device, but a leak gives information about it.

According to a report, JioPhone Next will start pre-booking in India next week. The company had shared pictures of this device and also told about some features but did not reveal its price and specific specifications. But the leaks reveal about its price as well as the hardware. Let’s take a look at them.

According to leaks, the JioPhone Next will feature a 5.5-inch HD screen. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm QM215 processor and will come with 2GB or 3GB of RAM, along with 16GB or 32GB of eMMC 4.5 internal storage.

This entry-level smartphone will have a 13MP camera on the back and an 8MP selfie camera on the front. JioPhone Next will also support 4G VoLTE with dual-SIM support. This device can have a 2,500mAh battery. It is said that this device will run on Android 11 (Go Edition). On the announcement of JioPhone Next smartphone, the company said that Reliance has made this device in partnership with Google. This phone has a large touch screen and the device will run on custom Android. It will have all the Google apps, Play Store to install other apps, voice assistant feature, smart camera with augmented reality filter and features like read aloud and translate now.

JioPhone Next Price According to a leak, the JioPhone Next smartphone will be sold in India for Rs 3,499. This leak corresponds to an earlier report, according to which, JioPhone Next will be sold in India for $50. This amount becomes Rs 3,700 in Indian currency.
