The Moto G40 Fusion smartphone has received a price hike of Rs 500 in India, making it slightly more expensive than when it debuted in April. Despite the increase, this Motorola handset still delivers strong value with its massive 6,000mAh battery, 64MP triple-camera system, and a smooth 120Hz display.

Camera and Battery Performance
Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the triple-camera array on the back. The primary 64MP sensor uses an f/1.7 aperture for better low-light shots, complemented by an 8MP ultra-wide lens that covers a 118-degree field of view — useful for landscapes and group shots. A 2MP depth sensor rounds out the setup for portrait-style photos. On the front, a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture handles video calls and self-portraits.
The 6,000mAh battery is one of the standout features of this device, designed to last well beyond a single day for most users. The included 20W TurboPower charger helps reduce downtime significantly, topping up the large cell faster than standard 10W or 15W chargers.
Connectivity and Security
The Moto G40 Fusion covers all the connectivity essentials: Wi-Fi 802.11ac for fast wireless speeds, Bluetooth 5.0 for stable peripheral connections, NFC for contactless payments, a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired audio. Security is handled by a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor backed by Motorola's ThinkShield security portfolio, which covers the device across hardware, software, and services.
