Motorola has refreshed its budget and mid-range lineup in the US with four new phones: the Moto G Stylus (2021), Moto G Power (2021), Moto G Play (2021) and Motorola One 5G Ace. These four Motorola smartphones all run Android 10, ride on Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, and span a price range from $169.99 to $399.99. Several models arrive in multiple colors, RAM and storage variants, with shipping starting on 13 January.
Pricing and availability of the Motorola smartphones
The lineup covers entry-level to lower mid-range budgets. Each model targets a slightly different buyer, from the stylus-equipped G Stylus to the 5G-ready One 5G Ace.
- Moto G Stylus (2021): $299 (about Rs 22,000) for the 4GB + 128GB variant, in Aurora Black and Aurora White.
- Moto G Power (2021): $199 (about Rs 14,700) for 3GB + 32GB and $249 (about Rs 18,300) for 4GB + 64GB, in Flash Gray only.
- Moto G Play (2021): $169.99 (about Rs 12,500) for the single 3GB + 32GB variant, in Misty Blue.
- Motorola One 5G Ace: $399.99 (about Rs 29,500) for 6GB + 128GB, with a 4GB + 64GB option, in Frosted.
Motorola claims up to two days of battery life on the Moto G Stylus (2021) and the One 5G Ace, and up to three days on the Moto G Power (2021) and Moto G Play (2021).

The G Stylus runs Android 10 on a 6.8-inch full-HD+ display (1080x2400 pixels, 386ppi) powered by the Snapdragon 678 with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expandable to 512GB via microSD. Its quad rear camera pairs a 48-megapixel f/1.7 primary sensor with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It packs a 4,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging.
Moto G Power (2021)
The G Power runs Android 10 on a 6.6-inch full-HD+ display (720x1600 pixels, 267ppi) with the Snapdragon 662, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, expandable to 512GB. Its triple rear camera uses a 48-megapixel f/1.7 primary, a 2-megapixel macro and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, alongside an 8-megapixel front camera. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack. A 5,000mAh battery supports 15W fast charging.
Moto G Play (2021)
The G Play runs Android 10 on a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display (720x1600 pixels, 269ppi) with the Snapdragon 460 and Adreno 610 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, expandable to 512GB. Its dual rear camera combines a 13-megapixel f/2.0 primary with a 2-megapixel depth lens, and there is a 5-megapixel selfie camera. A 5,000mAh battery supports 10W fast charging.
Motorola One 5G Ace
The One 5G Ace runs Android 10 on a 6.7-inch full-HD+ display (1080x2400 pixels, 349ppi) with the Snapdragon 750G 5G chip, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expandable to 1TB. Its triple rear camera features a 48-megapixel f/1.7 primary, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide and a 2-megapixel macro lens, plus a 16-megapixel front camera. A 5,000mAh battery supports 15W fast charging.

For connectivity, all four phones offer dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/A-GPS and a USB Type-C port. The Moto G Stylus (2021) and Motorola One 5G Ace include a 3.5mm headset jack, while the Moto G Power (2021) and Moto G Play (2021) handle it differently, with the G Power omitting the jack.
