The Vivo X60 series has arrived, with the company launching two new 5G smartphones - the Vivo X60 5G and the Vivo X60 Pro 5G - in China. Both phones run on Samsung's Exynos 1080 chipset and pack premium features such as a 120Hz AMOLED display and high-resolution cameras. Here is a closer look at what sets these devices apart.

Vivo X60 series design and display
In terms of design, both phones take cues from the Vivo X50 series. Each device features a full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, support for HDR10 and HDR10+, and a 92.7% screen-to-body aspect ratio.
The key difference between the two is the screen itself. The Vivo X60 uses a flat display, while the Vivo X60 Pro steps up to a dual-curved screen.
Performance, storage and software
Power comes from Samsung's Exynos 1080 chipset across the lineup. The Vivo X60 offers up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The Vivo X60 Pro is offered only in a single 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration.
On the software side, both phones ship with OriginOS out of the box, based on Android 11.
Cameras and battery
Photography is handled differently on each model:
- Vivo X60: Triple rear camera with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX598 primary sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel telephoto lens.
- Vivo X60 Pro: Quad rear camera with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, two 13-megapixel lenses (one telephoto, one ultra-wide), and an 8-megapixel periscope camera offering 5x optical zoom and 60x superzoom.
- Selfies: Both phones use a 32-megapixel front camera.
For battery, the Vivo X60 carries a 4200mAh cell while the X60 Pro has a slightly larger 4300mAh battery. Both support 33W fast charging.
