Oppo A53 5G: an affordable 5G smartphone
The Oppo A53 5G is the 5G version of the Oppo A53. It launched first in China, in two RAM options and three colour choices. The 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at around Rs 14,600, while pricing for the 6GB + 128GB variant has not yet been confirmed.
Under the hood sits an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, replacing the Snapdragon 460 used in the 4G variants. The phone runs ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10, with a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Reports suggest it could reach India soon.

Xiaomi Mi QLED TV 4K and more new gadgets
Xiaomi launched the Mi QLED TV 4K in India at Rs 54,999. It uses a Quantum Dot screen and supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Dolby Audio, plus the Android TV based PatchWall UI and dual-band Wi-Fi. Connectivity includes HDMI 2.1, eARC, ALLM and AV1 support.
The TV runs on Android 10 and is powered by a MediaTek MT9611 quad-core processor with a Mali-G31 MP2 GPU. It carries 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
