HMD Arc launched, 6.52 inch LCD screen
Smartphone maker HMD has launched Arc. This smartphone has an HD+ display. It runs on Android 14 (Go Edition). The design of this smartphone is self-repairable. With this, customers will be able to replace the battery or screen themselves. This affordable smartphone has been brought to Thailand.
HMD Arc has a 6.52-inch HD+ (576 x 1,280 pixels) LCD screen with a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a peak brightness level of 460 nits. It has Unisoc 9863A as the processor. This smartphone has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It runs on Android 14 (Go Edition). Its storage can be expanded up to 128 GB via a microSD card.
However, the company has not given information about the price of this smartphone. HMD has said that two years of security updates will be available for this smartphone. This smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear primary camera. It has a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. It comes with features like Bokeh, Night Mode, Professional Mode, Slow Motion, Quick Snapshot, Filters and Panorama. It has an LED flash. This smartphone has a single speaker and microphone.
The size of this smartphone is 166.4 x 76.9 x 8.95 mm and weighs about 186 grams. HMD Arc has options of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5 mm audio jack and USB Type-C port for connectivity. It has fingerprint sensor and accelerometer, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor on the side for security. The 5,000 mAh battery of this smartphone supports 10 W wired charging. Recently HMD launched its first 5G smartphones in India. HMD Crest and HMD Crest Max can be easily repaired. The company has said that the battery, charging port and display of these smartphones can be easily repaired. They have a 6.67 inch FHD+ OLED display. HMD Crest and HMD Crest Max have a 50 megapixel camera on the front. These smartphones have been introduced in the mid-range.
