AOC launches OLED gaming monitor with 480Hz refresh rate, HDR support for gamers, know the price and specifications
AOC has launched the latest gaming monitor model “AG276QKD” of the Agon 6 Pro series. The monitor comes in a 26.5-inch size and gets a QD-OLED display panel, which the company claims is a blend of Quantum Dot and OLED technology. This 2K gaming monitor gets a refresh rate of up to 480Hz and a GTG response time of 0.03 milliseconds for ultra-smooth gameplay. The company says that the latest model of the AOC Agon 6 Pro series supports a peak brightness of 1300 nits with HDR and offers 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
The AG276QKD model of the AOC Agon 6 Pro series has been launched in China. Its price in the country has been kept at 5,999 yuan (about Rs 70,000). According to Gizmotina, it is being made available on JD.com.
Talking about the specifications, the AOC Agon 6 Pro AG276QKD has a 26.5-inch 2K (2560×1440 pixels) QD-OLED (a mix of quantum dot and OLED) display. The company says that the monitor supports a contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1, a peak brightness level of 1300 nits, a refresh rate of up to 480Hz, and a GTG response time of 0.03 milliseconds. It also has HDR True Black 400 support.
The display of the AOC gaming monitor offers 99% DCI-P3 color gamut and 98% coverage of Adobe RGB. It is a VESA certified display. It is certified by TUV Rheinland for low-blue light and flicker-free experience. It also has ClearMR Tier certification for better motion clarity. It also has a color enhancer feature for gaming. It has the ability to brighten dark scenes and also has a brightness alignment engine, which adjusts color in real-time.
The monitor also gets 5W stereo speakers and built-in Light FX RGB lighting system. The monitor comes with two HDMI 2.0 ports, two DP 1.4 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, one USB upstream and one audio output. It can be adjusted in multiple positions. It also supports VESA 100x100mm wall mounting.
