Honor X60, X60 Pro launched with 108MP camera, 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage, know the price

The Honor X60 series has been launched in China. The series includes two models – Honor X60 and X60 Pro. Both smartphones get a 108-megapixel primary rear camera. They run on Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0 UI. The vanilla model works on the MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra chipset, while the X60 Pro includes Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. Both Honor smartphones come equipped with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The Honor X60 series has been launched as a successor to the Honor X50 series, which was launched in July last year. Honor X60 series price

The Honor X60 has been launched in four configurations. Its base 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at 1,199 yuan (approximately Rs 14,000) in China. The 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB variants are priced at 1,399 yuan (approximately Rs 16,500) and 1,599 yuan (approximately Rs 18,800) respectively. The top-of-the-line 12GB + 512GB storage model is priced at 1,799 yuan (approximately Rs 21,200). It is offered in three color options, including Elegant Black, Moonlight and Sea Lake Kin.

The Honor X60 Pro has also been launched in four variants, of which the base 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at 1,499 yuan (approximately Rs 17,700), the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at 1,699 yuan (approximately Rs 20,000), the 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at 1,999 yuan (approximately Rs 23,600) and a special Beidou Satellite SMS Edition (12GB + 512GB) model is priced at 2,299 yuan (approximately Rs 27,100). The smartphone has been introduced in Ash, Black, Orange and Sea Green colorways.

Honor X60, Honor X60 Pro Specifications

The Honor X60 gets a 6.8-inch TFT LCD screen, which supports 120Hz refresh rate and 2412×1080 pixel resolution. At the same time, the Honor X60 Pro gets a slightly smaller 6.78-inch AMOLED display, which supports a slightly better 2700×1224 pixels resolution and the same 120Hz refresh rate. Both smartphones are equipped with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. The Honor X60 works on the MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra chipset, which includes an octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A78 cores running at 2.5GHz and two Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.0GHz. In contrast, the X60 Pro phone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, which has a maximum clock speed of 2.2GHz.

The Honor X60 packs a 5,800mAh battery with 35W fast charging support, while the X60 Pro has a bigger 6,000mAh battery with almost twice as fast charging (66W). Both models support dual-SIM 5G and Wi-Fi 5 connectivity, with the X60 having Bluetooth 5.1 and the X60 Pro getting an upgrade to Bluetooth 5.3. In terms of camera, both handsets feature a 108-megapixel primary rear camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, along with an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. The X60 Pro also offers extra functionality with two-way satellite communication for areas that lack Wi-Fi or cellular network coverage.
