Teclast T65 Max: Tablet with 10,000mAh battery and 13-inch display launched, know price and features
Chinese consumer electronics brand Teclast is popular in the domestic market for its budget tablets. The company has now added a new model to its tablet lineup – T65 Max. It has a large 13-inch display and the tablet works on the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The company says that the RAM can be virtually expanded up to 12GB, after which the total RAM in the device becomes 20GB. The responsibility of powering it lies on the 10,000mAh battery, which supports 18W USB-PD charging.
Teclast T65 Max tablet has been launched in China for 1,299 Yuan (approximately Rs 15,200) and is currently available for purchase on JD.com. Teclast does not do business in India, so the chances of this tablet being launched here are negligible.
Talking about the features, T65 Max runs on Android 14-based UI, in which the company has optimized it more for landscape mode. It supports multi-window and is also equipped with some productivity features. The tablet has a 12-inch (1920 x 1200 resolution) IPS display. Teclast claims that the display is ideal for watching movies, gaming or working on documents. The display has a peak brightness level of 300 nits.
The T65 Max is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The RAM can be expanded virtually up to 12GB, taking the total to 20GB. At the same time, the storage can be expanded up to 1TB through microSD card. The tablet sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and an 8-megapixel front camera.
Connectivity options include 4G VOLTE, dual-SIM dual standby, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2 with LDAC audio codec support, GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO. The T65 Max gets a large 10,000mAh battery, which supports 18W USB-PD fast charging. It includes a quad-speaker sound system with a 3W high-power amplifier and AI noise-cancellation technology as a calling feature.
