JBL Go 4 portable speaker launched with 7 hours battery life, Bluetooth 5.3, know the price
JBL has launched the new portable speaker Go 4. The company recently introduced it at CES 2024. Now it has been launched commercially in China. It has an upgraded chassis and a wider strap than before which is said to be stronger and more durable. It is the successor of JBL Go 3. The company says that the body of the new model is made of 80 percent recycled plastic. Whereas 100 percent recycled fabric has been used on the speaker grill. It is offered in 6 color options.
JBL Go 4 price, availability
The company has introduced JBL Go 4 in Black, Blue, Camo, Grey, Red and Purple colors. Talking about the price, it can be purchased in China for CNY 399 (about Rs 4,600) under the introductory offer. The sale will start from March 18. It will also be available in some European markets in April. The price will be 49.99 Euro (approximately Rs 4500). Whereas, in some other markets it will be available till June.
JBL Go 4 specifications
The company has called JBL Go 4 its smallest portable speaker till date. It has Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. It supports LE audio. It has the facility of multi speaker connection for which Auracast technology has been used in it. The speaker has an IP67 rating so that it does not get damaged quickly due to dust and water splashes.
Regarding the battery backup of JBL Go 4, the company says that it can play continuously for 7 hours. It also has a playtime boost mode so that the playtime can be extended by another 2 hours. For charging, the company has provided USB Type C port in it. It is compatible with JBL Portable app. With the help of this feature, playback can be customized. EQ modes can also be customized to your liking.
