Motorola will soon introduce two cheap smartphones, know when will be launched
Motorola recently launched Moto G 5G, India’s cheapest 5G smartphone. At the same time, news is now coming out that the company is working on two new smartphones, which will be introduced within the budget category. The codenames of both these phones Motorola Capri and Motorola Capri Plus have surfaced. Not only this, the model numbers of both devices are XT2127 and XT2129. The report states that both these upcoming smartphones will be introduced early next year. However, there is no official information about the phones from the company yet.
Specifications of Motorola Capri
A report by Technik News in collaboration with Adam Conway of XDA Developers has revealed that Motorola is working on two budget phones named Capri and Capri Plus (or Caprip). It is expected that the HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with a 60Hz refresh rate can be offered in the dual-sim Motorola Capri. Apart from this, it can be offered with Snapdragon 460 SoC and 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The XT2127 model is speculated to be a Motorola Capri.
Motorola Capri Camera
The phone can have a 48-megapixel “S5KGM1ST” primary sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor (OV02B1B), a 2-megapixel macro sensor (GC02M1) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor (S5K4H7). The phone is expected to have NFC support. Also, a 13MP selfie camera will be given in front of the phone.
Specifications of Motorola Capri Plus
The Motorola Capri Plus is expected to feature a 90Hz display with HD+ resolution. This model can come with 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB storage configurations. For photos and videos, it can have a 64-megapixel primary (OV64B) sensor, a 2-megapixel lens from Omnivision (OV02B1B), a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor from Samsung (S5K3L6). At the same time, the front can be a 13-megapixel (S5K4H7) selfie shooter.
Cost
According to Leaks, the company will offer the price of Motorola Capri and Capri Plus smartphones in the budget range. Also, both devices will be offered with multiple color options. However, no information about the launch of Capri and Capri Plus has been revealed by the company so far.
