Moto g54 5G smartphone launched in India: 6000 mAh battery, 50MP primary camera and 6.5 inch FHD+ display, starting price ₹ 14,499

Smartphone maker company Motorola has launched the Moto g54 5G smartphone in India on Wednesday (6 September). The company has introduced the phone with IP52 certification, which keeps the phone safe from dust and water.

For power backup, the phone has a 6000mAh battery with 30W TurboPower fast charging support. The company has claimed that the phone’s battery will be charged 50% in 33 minutes and 90% in 66 minutes.

Moto g54 5G: Price and availability

The company has launched Moto g54 5G in two variants. The introductory price of its 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is ₹ 14,499 and the introductory price of 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is ₹ 17,499.

Buyers will be able to buy the phone from the company’s official website and e-commerce website Flipkart from September 13.

Moto g54 5G: Specifications

  • Display: Moto g54 5G has a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate. The display will have a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels.
  • Camera: Dual camera setup has been provided in the phone for photography. This includes a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultra wide angle camera. At the same time, a 16MP front camera has been provided with punch hole design for selfie and video calling.
  • Hardware and Software: For performance, the phone has been provided with MediaTek Dimension 7020 processor. Out-of-the-box Android 13 will be available in the phone. The company has promised to provide Android 14 update soon and security updates for 3 years.
  • Connectivity: For connectivity, the phone has 14 5G bands, 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, Wi-Fi, GPS and USB Type C port for charging.
