Samsung and MediaTek jointly create TV, will be able to enjoy streaming and gaming without interruption
MediaTek and Samsung introduced the world’s first Wi-Fi 6E capable 8K QLED TV. This flagship model is named Samsung 8K QLED Y21.
Wi-Fi 6E is designed to be used in the 6GHz spectrum with no bandwidth. It is equipped with more features than the previous Wi-Fi generation. For example, it will provide faster multi-gigabit data throughput, lower latency and the latest security and connection reliability features.

Samsung 8K QLED TV is MediaTek MT7921AU powered. It supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 on a single highly integrated platform.

MediaTek works closely with the Wi-Fi Alliance. It wants to ensure that its connectivity portfolio supports latent Wi-Fi features such as Wi-Fi 6E.
