Oppo Reno 5 Pro+ 5G has been launched as the company’s most advanced smartphone in China. This new model comes with premium specifications in this series, including Oppo Reno 5 and Oppo Reno 5 Pro smartphones. The latest phone is equipped with Sony IMX766 primary camera. Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, which offers a different experience as per the MediaTek Dimension 1000 Plus processor of Oppo Reno 5 Pro. However, like the Oppo Reno 5 Pro and OnePlus Reno 5, this new flagship phone gets a hole-punch display design. Apart from this, there is also 12 GB RAM.

The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of Oppo Reno 5 Pro+ 5G is priced at CNY 3,999 (about Rs 45,000), while its 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,499 (about Rs 50,700). Oppo has partnered with graphics artist Joshua Vides to launch the special edition Oppo Reno 5 Pro+ 5G. Its 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage configuration is priced at CNY 4,499. The sale of Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus will start in China from December 29, in which you will get black and blue color options. However, pre-booking of Special Edition phones on the other hand will be available from January 18 while the sale will be started from January 22.
The initial price of Oppo Reno 5 5G is CNY 2,699 (about Rs. 30,400) in China and the 8GB + 128GB storage model of Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G is priced at CNY 3,399 (about Rs. 38,300).

Dual-sim Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G works on Android 11 based ColorOS 11.1. It has a 6.55-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 20: 9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone’s pixel density is 402 PPI and the touch sampling rate is 180 Hz. Apart from this, this phone is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM.
For photography, the Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G phone has a quad rear camera setup, with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera, with a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 13-megapixel telephoto shooter, and a 2-megapixel Macro lens is present. For selfie and video calling, the 32-megapixel camera has been given in Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G.
The Oppo Reno 5 Pro Plus 5G phone has 128 GB and 256 GB of storage, which does not have the option to increase. For connectivity, it includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/A-GPS, NFC and USB Type-C port for charging. Talking about sensors, it includes an accelerometer, ambient light, color temperature sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer and proximity sensor. Apart from this, this phone also has an in-display fingerprint scanner.
