itel A48 Review: An entry-level smartphone with good design for Rs 5,999
The budget and entry level smartphone has a good hold of ITEL. To further strengthen its grip, ITEL has recently introduced two new budget smartphones, itel A48 and itel A25 Pro. Of these, the itel A48 is priced at Rs 5,999 and this phone has 32 GB of storage with 2 GB of RAM. Dual rear camera setup is also given in itel A48. The ITEL two color variant A48 can be purchased in Gradation Blue and Gradation Green.
itel A48 Review: Design The company has really worked hard this time about the design of itel A48. This cannot be denied. The entire body of the phone is plastic but the finishing of the back panel is exactly like glass. The back panel features a pattern with a cut and the shining is superb. Finger prints come on the back panel, but are not visible due to the good color. The design of the display is Waterdrop Notch. The headphone jack is at the top and the micro USB port at the bottom.
The back panel needs to be removed for the SIM card. The battery is also removable in this, that by removing the cover, you will be able to insert the SIM card, memory card and battery. Fingerprint sensor is provided on the back panel. The power and volume buttons are on the right. Itel A48 is an impressive entry level smartphone in terms of design.
itel A48 display : This phone has a 6.1 inch HD Plus display which is IPS and is a style waterdrop notch. There is also 2.5D curved glass on the display. The resolution of the display is 720 × 1520 pixels. Auto brightness will not be available with the display of this phone. The colors of the display are fine. Touch is also good. There is also a screen protector on the display. You can watch YouTube videos comfortably at 720 pixels.
itel A48 hardware and software : This phone of ITEL has Unisoc 9832e processor which is a quadcore processor, its clock speed is 1.4GHz. It has a Go Edition of Android 10. In this, you will find many apps of Go version. The best thing is that blotware (pre-installed apps in bulk) are not available in this phone.
The phone has 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, which can be increased up to 128 GB via memory card. It will get many useful features like battery saver, screen recorder, face unlock. The phone’s speaker is good. Voice level is good.
itel A48 Camera : Itel A48 has dual rear camera setup in which main lens is 5 megapixel autofocus, second lens is VGA. For the selfie you have 5 megapixels. There is also a flash light with both cameras. There is also portrait mode, AI beauty, HDR mode with the camera. With the rear camera of the ITEL A48, you can record video at 1080 pixels. During the review, we have also clicked some pictures. The photos are fine.
itel A48 Battery : The company has a 3000 mAh battery in this phone which is removable. A common user will get a full day backup. For connectivity, this phone has dual SIM support, 4G VOLTE, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, fingerprint and 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone comes with an adapter, charging cable, back cover in the box.
